3. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through this website is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, scheduling and any additional requirements.
4. Inspection Availability
Service availability depends on location, technician scheduling and vehicle accessibility. We will let you know if we are unable to accommodate a request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information, and to ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time and location.
6. Vehicle Access & Authorization
You confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized by the owner to request and permit the inspection.
7. Scope of Inspection
The specific systems and components reviewed depend on the inspection package selected and the vehicle's accessible condition at the time of inspection.
8. Inspection Limitations
Inspection observations reflect the accessible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Premium Diagnostics does not guarantee that every existing or future defect will be identified. Some defects may be intermittent, concealed or inaccessible without dismantling components.
9. Diagnostic Information
Diagnostic trouble codes and related electronic information support an assessment but do not, on their own, confirm the exact cause of a fault.
10. No Mechanical Warranty
An inspection is not a warranty. It does not guarantee future reliability, and it does not extend, replace or substitute any manufacturer or dealer warranty.
11. Purchasing Decisions
Pre-purchase inspection findings do not constitute a recommendation to purchase or reject a vehicle. The decision to buy, sell, repair or continue using a vehicle remains entirely with the customer.
12. Pricing & Payment
Current pricing is available on request via our Pricing page or by contacting us directly. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
13. Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking so we can adjust technician scheduling accordingly.
14. Delays
Inspection times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, or vehicle accessibility issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay.
15. Fleet Services
Fleet inspection arrangements, including scheduling and reporting format, will be agreed directly with the business customer before work begins.
16. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Premium Diagnostics and may not be reproduced without permission.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is free of error at all times.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Premium Diagnostics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on inspection findings, beyond the scope of the service actually performed.
